The feeling of hunger and thirst expresses itself very similar. Instead of directly eating food when this feeling comes up, it is worthwhile to drink something and wait. It is recommended to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day. Furthermore, drinking enough of water can prevent complaints such as headaches, lack of concentration or dizziness. During your training for the B2Run, hydration is even more important, as the body loses an additional 0.5 to 1 liter of water per hour due to sweating during physical activity.

#Stayactive - with variety
Water is too boring for you? Vary your thirst quencher. There are many ways to make water more exciting: with additional flavour, sweeteners, or nutrients. However, many substances can stress your body and lead to sluggishness and fatigue. For an active lifestyle, it is therefore good to make sure your drink is as natural as possible. Content that positively stimulate your body are vitamins and minerals. Vitamins are involved in numerous processes of the body. They support the immune system, control various metabolism, or contribute to the formation of various substances. Minerals build bones, transmit stimuli, and activate enzymes.
