Upright core strength
Women <36 | men <40 = unsatisfactory
Women 36-89 | men 40-99 = satisfactory
Women 90-116 | men 99-129 = good
Women 117-170 | men 190-189 = very good
Women >171 | men >190 = excellent
Lateral core strength
<44 seconds = unsatisfactory
< 44-57 seconds = satisfactory
> 57 seconds = good
Flexibility
Leg (posterior thigh musculature)
Below 45 degrees = unsatisfactory
Above 90 degrees = good
45- 90 degrees = satisfactory
Endurance
12 minute run
- Target: 12 minutes of running as far as possible
- Warm up gently for 10-15 minutes before running
- On a track or with a GPS device
- Maximum stress is the goal for trained athletes
- People who are over 35 years old and have not exercised for a long time should take the test in moderation or have a medical check-up beforehand.
